Business History

Established in 2018, PT KOSMETIKA GLOBAL HEALTH specializes in producing a diverse range of herbal products, including traditional medicines, herbal remedies, essential oils, and extracts. We are located at Jalan Ciujung, EJIP Gate II Area, Sukaresmi, South Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. In 2021, PT KOSMETIKA GLOBAL HEALTH officially became part of J99 Corp. That same year, we received CPOTB quality management certification and Halal Assurance System certification. With these, we are committed to providing high-quality herbal and extraction products for years to come.

Our Story in 2019

Became the market lead with a total of 1000 products produced per month. We also managed to open several new services and various new products based on our research results.

Our Story in 2020

It was a challenging year, but we managed to improve our production efficiency by 20%. With the pandemic, we also adapted quickly through digital transformation and started offering our services online.

Our Story in 2021

Continuing the momentum of the previous year, in 2021 we successfully expanded our international market. We now export our products to 15 countries and received many awards for the quality of our products.

This year we focused on improving customer experience by launching a 24/7 customer service platform. We also introduced a loyalty program that successfully increased customer retention by 30%.
